PLACING ONLINE ORDERS

You can order ARC Skin Care products online through SkinRejuvenation.com

To purchase items, select the item you want to buy, select the size when applicable, then click the "Add to Cart"button for the item. 

To remove an item from your cart, select "My Cart" from the top of the webpage, then click the "X" located on the right side of the product description, or you can change the quantity to 0 to remove the item.

At this time, we accept orders within the contiguous United States. For information regarding shipment outside this area or international shipping, please call 800 689-0499 for assistance. 

SIGNING IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

You can purchase products as a Guest or you can create an account, which automatically registers you for our Rejuvenating Rewards program. Sign in to purchase products within your account or to reset your password click here.

SHIPPING INFORMATION & ORDER FULFILLMENT

Order Confirmation Email: Immediately after you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order. 

Regular orders must be placed by Noon for shipment next day. Processing time usually takes one business day and orders may arrive within 3 to 5 days from when the order is processed. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Thursday.  

Provide a precise street name, city, state and postal code and spell out all information. Abbreviated addresses, misspellings, and other typos can create shipping errors. 

SkinRejuvenation Clinique, Inc. offers free standard shipping on all US merchandise orders over $50 (excluding taxes and discounts). Orders less than $50 pay a flat-rate $8 shipping fee. 

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: Orders can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and regular shipping rates will apply. For information or orders call 800 689-0499

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses: All Military shipments are sent USPS. Due to Military handling time, delivery to some addresses may take up to 21 days. 

Business Days & Holidays: All orders ship Monday-Friday excluding Federal Holidays within the United States. Packages do not ship on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Tracking Orders: When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains shipment details, tracking number, and a link to the carrier site. 

BILLING, CANCELING OR MODIFYING ORDERS

Orders must be paid in US currency prior to shipment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards.

Before you place your order, you can review the contents in your Cart. Once your order has successfully been submitted, it will be in a Placed status and sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. You can adjust your order when it is in the Placed status, not after it has been shipped. 

SkinRejuvenation.com charges a sales tax on all orders delivered in Texas. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

SkinRejuvenation.com purchases can be returned for free at one of our San Antonio locations or by mail if you use a pre-paid return label from us. Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. We will provide a pre-paid return label to cover any shipping costs if the return was our error (incorrect item shipped or defective item).

When you return your purchase to SkinRejuvenation.com by mail within 30 days, we will refund your credit card for the purchase, less shipping. Items more than 30 days after the original purchase date may not be returned. SkinRejuvenation.com is unable to offer exchanges via mail. After 30 days, returns are not accepted or refunded. Items shipped outside of this date may not be returned to you.

Please call 800 689-0499 or email info@SkinRejuvenation.com and request a Return Form. All contact information must be completed so that we may reach you if necessary. Once the form is returned to customer service, a prepaid postage return label will be sent to you via email.

Package your item in the original packaging (if available), or pack your return in a well-padded box or envelope to ensure its safe return and prevent damage. Mail your return via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Postal Service (UPS) using the prepaid return label provided.
