Company Policy and Ordering Terms

If you are not satisfied with your Advanced Rejuvenating Concepts purchase or gift, please return it for a store credit within 30 days of the purchase date. We will provide a return label to cover any shipping costs if the return was our error (incorrect item shipped or defective item).

When you return your purchase to SkinRejuvenation.com by mail, you may receive an online store credit for the price of the item(s). Items more than 30 days after the original purchase date may not be returned. SkinRejuvenation.com is unable to offer exchanges via mail.

Retail Returns by Mail

Please call 800 689-0499 or email info@SkinRejuvenation.com and request a Return Form. All contact information must be completed so that we may reach you if necessary. Once the form is returned to customer service, a prepaid postage return label will be sent to you via email.

Package your item in the original packaging (if available), or pack your return in a well-padded box or envelope to ensure its safe return and prevent damage. Mail your return via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Postal Service (UPS) using the prepaid return label provided.

Retail Returns to Store Locations

Any purchases made in a free standing Skin Rejuvenation Clinique facility must be returned in a facility. Returns may not be made through SkinRejuvenation.com.
