How to Earn In-Clinic Points

  • Spend $1 on in-store services or products → 1 point

  • Refer a new guest (first-time visitor) → 1,250 points

  • Pre-book your next appointment at checkout → 25 points

Points are automatically added to your account at checkout. You can view your in-clinic points balance by signing into your booking account.

Redeeming In-Clinic Points

Once you’ve earned enough points, redeem them toward regular-price retail products.

  • 2,500 points = $25 in-store discount
    (Valid on product purchases of $50 or more)

Discounts are applied directly to your ticket at checkout.

In-Clinic Rewards Program Details

  • Points are awarded at checkout, not at the time of booking

  • Referral points are earned once the referred guest completes checkout

  • Points are not redeemable for cash

  • Points cannot be transferred to another guest

  • Points may not be earned or redeemed on:

    • Gift cards

    • Purchases made with third-party gift cards

    • Discounted services or products

Online Reward Redemption Details

  • Voucher value is applied before taxes and shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over $100 after discounts (contiguous U.S.)

  • Orders under $100 after discounts incur an $8 shipping fee

  • Points may be earned on any remaining balance after a voucher is applied

  • Orders ship according to standard shipping policies
