Placing Online Orders

To purchase items online:

  1. Select the product you wish to purchase

  2. Choose the appropriate size, if applicable

  3. Click the Add to Cart button

To remove an item from your cart, select My Cart at the top of the page and click the X next to the item or change the quantity to zero.

At this time, we accept orders shipped within the contiguous United States only.

You may purchase products as a Guest or create an account. Creating an account automatically enrolls you in our Rejuvenating Rewards Program.

Shipping Information & Order Fulfillment

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with order details.

Processing & Delivery

  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM (Noon) typically ship the next business day

  • Processing time is generally 1 business day

  • Orders usually arrive 3–5 business days after processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Thursday

Delivery times may vary based on carrier and destination.


Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including:

  • Full street name

  • City

  • State

  • Postal code

Misspellings, abbreviations, or incomplete addresses may result in shipping delays.


Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on U.S. merchandise orders over $100 (before taxes and after discounts)

  • Orders under $100 incur a flat $8 shipping fee


Special Shipping Locations

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico:
Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Standard shipping rates apply.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses:
All military orders ship via USPS. Delivery may take up to 21 days due to military handling.


Business Days & Holidays

Orders ship Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. Federal Holidays:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Link to track your package


Billing, Canceling & Modifying Orders

  • All orders must be paid in U.S. currency prior to shipment

  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover

Your charge will appear on billing statements as:

Orders may be adjusted while in Placed status. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified.

Sales tax is applied to orders delivered within Texas.


Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase

  • Items may be returned in-store or by mail

  • After 30 days, returns are not accepted

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).


Returns by Mail

To initiate a return by mail:

  2. Request a Return Form

  3. Complete and return the form to Customer Service

  4. A prepaid return label will be emailed to you

Pack items securely using original packaging when possible. Ship using USPS or UPS with the provided label.

You may return online purchases to any Skin Rejuvenation Clinique location within 30 days.
