Founder, Tina Zillmann

Tina Zillmann is a clinically-centered aesthetician with expertise in aging skin and wrinkle reduction, hyperpigmentation and sun damage, acne therapy and scar revision. She has three full-service rejuvenation centers and medical spas in San Antonio [Broadway, Sonterra, and Spring Branch], a cosmeceutical skin care line [Advanced Rejuvenating Concepts], and two full-service salons [Blown Beautiful Blow Dry + Color Bar].

Having over 25 years experience in clinical aesthetic applications, Tina continues to fuel her knowledge in product innovations, medical aesthetics and surgical procedures that have profound impacts on the skin. Every venture created stems from her passion and dedication in beauty.

EXPERIENCE IN AESTHETICS

Distinguishing herself from the European day spas and what she like to call "buff and fluff facials," Tina created a liaison with a plastic surgeon and medical laser clinic, and became the first aesthetician in San Antonio to have medical privileges in St. Luke's Hospital, offering post-surgical care for burn victims. During her fellowship with known leaders in plastic surgery, she acquired cutting edge techniques for skin resurfacing and the treatment of acne, acne scarring,  skin discolorations and melasma.

With this experience, she was able to found San Antonio's leading skin care clinic and deliver the benefits of result-driven skin care products and procedures in the comfort of a spa atmosphere. Within the Clinique, she has worked and trained under renowned figures in aesthetics, including Dr. Lebaron Dennis, Dr. Sterling Baker, and Dr. Larry Lothringer.  Within the Clinique, she has invited many aesthetic professionals to fulfill her client's medical aesthetic needs, including Dr. Donald Hollsten, Dr. Virginia Pittmann-Waller, Dr. Jorge Menendez, Dr. Donald Adams, Dr. Mark Greene, and Dr. Richard Lavigne.

Since 2004, Tina has been recognized as President of Aesthetics International Association (AIA) from 2007 to 2010 and continues to sit on the Board as an Advisory Member to AIA. She has also been awarded the Entrepreneurial Spirit Award from National Association of Women Business Owners and is a published contributor of leading aesthetic education textbooks from Cengage's Milady textbooks and Aesthetic Video Source.

As a Licensed Laser Professional, she is a leading trainer and technician for laser rejuvenation, and operates the Skin Rejuvenation Clinique Laser Center under the medical direction of Manuel Lopez, MD, FACS and Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon. She strives to deliver the best results for rejuvenation and hair reduction with the highest standards of patient comfort and safety.

A non-biased contributor to the media, Tina has been sought after to educate consumers and professional peers regarding technological advanced in skin rejuvenation, consumer awareness, teen acne therapy and reduction, and non/minimally invasive procedures available to men and women.
